1Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to the 14th. By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the website or application 14th, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy which forms part of this overarching agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of the 14th immediately. By continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all terms set out in this document. 14th reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice — however, we are committed to informing users of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications.

2Member Eligibility

To use the platform 14th, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Is a Malaysian citizen, permanent resident, or an individual legally present in Malaysia.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not appearing on any exclusion or restriction list issued by any Malaysian regulatory authority.
• Have never had an account previously terminated by 14th due to a terms violation.

14th reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. If satisfactory proof cannot be provided, your account may be suspended until verification is successfully completed. We take seriously our responsibility to ensure this platform is only used by individuals who are eligible under Malaysian law.

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the platform 14th. Multiple account registrations — whether under the same name, different phone numbers, or false identities — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name (as shown on your identification document), an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Please notify 14th immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

14th accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX (Online Banking including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks). The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction with no standard maximum limit, subject to the limits set by each respective payment method.

All deposits are processed instantly and credited to the account 14th your account within minutes. 14th does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond the control of 14th.

• Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes within the platform 14th.
• No foreign payment methods or currencies other than MYR (RM) are accepted.
• Any deposit that fails to process will be refunded within 1–3 business days.
• Deposits from unverifiable sources may be held pending further investigation.

5Withdrawal of Funds

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account, DuitNow, or an e-wallet method registered in the same member's name.

For security and legal compliance, 14th may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing your first withdrawal or when the withdrawal amount exceeds a certain threshold. Verification is typically completed within 24 business hours of submitting the required documents.

• Withdrawals for standard members: processed within 5–15 minutes after approval.
• Withdrawals for VIP Gold & Diamond members: processed within less than 5 minutes.
• No withdrawal fees are charged by 14th.
• Withdrawals on Malaysian public holidays may take slightly longer to process.
• Bonus balances that have not yet met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

14th offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotional offer is subject to specific terms as stated on the relevant promotions page.

In general, the following conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Standard rollover requirements: 10× to 20× the total bonus amount received before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, except for recurring promotions such as weekly cashback.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another member or redeemed directly for cash.
• Games eligible to contribute toward rollover requirements will be specified in the respective promotion's terms.
• 14th reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or abuse of the system.

7General Game Rules

All games available on the platform 14th — including slots such as Big Bass Bonanza, Shining Crown, and Legacy of Dead; table games such as American Roulette and Power Blackjack; and Live Casino games — operate using an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system to ensure complete fairness and randomness in every round.

The outcome of any completed game is final. In the event of a technical fault or internet disruption during gameplay, 14th will attempt to resolve rounds based on server records — if records are insufficient, the affected bet will be returned to your account balance.

• The use of third-party software, bots, or any form of automation to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Every bet placed is considered valid and cannot be voided once a round has begun.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in its respective game information.

8Sports Betting at 14th

Sports Betting section 14th covers a wide range of popular Malaysian and international sports — including Malaysia Super League football, the English Premier League (EPL), Thomas & Uber Cup badminton, and esports. All displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.

Important information regarding Sports Betting at 14th:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by members unless the Cash Out feature is available and selected before the event begins.
• Official results from the relevant sporting body will be used to determine the outcome of bets.
• Bets placed on postponed or cancelled events will be fully refunded to the account balance.
• Maximum bet limits per event are set according to sport type and betting category — viewable within the platform.
• 14th reserves the right to void any bets suspected of being placed based on unauthorised information or event manipulation.

9Prohibitions & Fraud Prevention

14th maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of fraud, misconduct, and unlawful activity on our platform. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure, forfeiture of balances, and further legal action:

• Registering more than one account or signing up using another person's identity.
• Money laundering or using the platform 14th for unlawful financial activities.
• Use of fraudulent software, betting bots, or any method that manipulates game outcomes.
• Abusing the bonus system through opposing betting strategies (e.g. backing and laying simultaneously).
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the system 14th.

10Account Closure & Suspension

14th reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for reasons including breach of these terms, suspected fraud, a request from Malaysian authorities, or at the member's own request. In the event of a terms violation, the member will be notified via their registered email and given 7 business days to submit an appeal.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the customer support team 14th via live chat or email at [email protected]. Eligible balances (once all rollover requirements have been met) will be processed and returned within 3 business days of the closure request being received.

11Liability Limits

Platform 14th is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uninterrupted availability or freedom from technical disruptions. 14th is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical faults beyond our control, third-party internet connection failures, or unfavourable game outcomes.

Maximum liability limit 14th under any circumstances limited to the total active deposit in the relevant account at the time of the incident. 14th is not liable for any anticipated profits, indirect losses, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

12Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

14th reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-platform notifications or email to registered members at least 7 days before taking effect, except in cases of emergency or immediate regulatory requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If internal resolution is unsuccessful, the matter may be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
